Nice property with large spaces for both storage, Warehouse and business such as Auto shops. The current manager Sheena should be commended for her interactions with customers and ability to handle a difficult situation. She's informative and is good at reminding some of us who are not on autopay.
It's also nice to see the new maintenance person, Chris, keeping busy doing things that were not kept up by the previous maintenance personnel. I look forward to 2025 being a good year. Thank you for your support and assistance on the property.
